March 22 & 29  Energy 101 Class

(Thursday evening 6:30 - 9:00pm)

Come learn about the true power of universal energy and how to harness it. This will be a 2 week course covering a lot of information with lots of hand-outs. Each class will include: 

1. •talk on energy, 
   

2. •meditation to experience it, 
   

3. •exercises to experiment with the new knowledge you have gained, and 
   

4. •end with questions and answer time.
   

You will learn in these 2 weeks to: 

1. •learn the basics of what energy is,
   

2. •understand how energy works,
   

3. •how to use tools to read energy,
   

4. •what is the best tool you already own that strongly influences the energy all around you,
   

5. •how to enhance and draw in all the energy you need,
   

6. •how to program energy to work for you,
   

7. •how to disconnect from disharmonious energy,
   

8. •how to magnetize harmonious energy to you,
   

9. •how to transform, transmute and/or re-polarize energy so it can work with you,
   

10. •how to keep harmonious and balanced energy all around you
    

Come prepared with paper, pen, bottle of water, comfortable clothes and an open mind. Prepayment is required one week before class starts.

Each class $30. (If prepaid in full one week before first class, then you will be given a discount and the 2 classes will only be $55 total.)

April 5  Angel Class

(Thursday evening 6:30 - 9:00pm)

Come be enlightened with this class on Angels! Learn how to invite the Angels in and enhance your daily life with their love.

Class will include: 

1. •Talk with hand-outs on Angels, how to welcome them into your life and to be empowered by their energy, 
   

2. •Meditation to experience your Personal Angel, 
   

3. •Channeling with a Messages from the Angels 
   

4. •End with questions and answer time.

April 19  Animal Communication

(Thursday evening 6:30 - 9:00pm)

Come learn the secret to animal communication! We will do a meditation to open your heart to connect and experience your connections to your pets and animal kingdom. Please bring a photo of your pets or the animal you wish to experience a connection to them.

Class will include:

1. •Talk with hand-outs on how to connect with animals to establish a communication with them
   

2. •Meditation to connect with animals for communication
   

3. •Beth Ann will read the energy of the animals you ask her to contact
   

4. •End with questions and answers

The first Saturday of each month Beth Ann is available for individual sessions at Grateful Heart.  Available sessions include Soul Reading (30-60 min.), hypnosis sessions (1-2 hours), past life regression (2 hours), or alternative healing sessions.
