Hypnosis is about allowing yourself to go to an altered state of mind in order to connect to your subconscious mind.  Our lives are run and interpreted by our subconscious beliefs. When you change the negative beliefs held in your subconscious, you change your world. You change it because you now attract situations and people that are aligned to the new positive belief. You can do this by going to the unconscious mind and reprogramming the old negative belief with a new positive belief through hypnosis or neurolinguistic programing.

NLP (NeuroLinguistic Programing)

NLP was developed in the 1970‘s to provide a means for simple easy repeatable steps for reprogramming the mind. It teaches how the mind works and how it is influenced by outside stimulus and internal beliefs. Once you know your disharmonious belief then it can be easily changed to a positive. It also works with events from our past that have negative emotions connected to them. By removing the negative emotions from the event it becomes  more neutral and easier to let the events fall deep into the unconscious mind. Most of the events in our lives that do not have intense emotion attached to them fall deep into the unconscious mind and seem to be forgotten. This frees you up to focus on the good things that are going on in your life.
